Trilantic North America Forms North American Energy Advisory Board
Trilantic North America today announced the formation of its North American Energy Advisory Board (the “Advisory Board”) with the appointment of four Advisory Board Members. The Advisory Board will add strategic value to Trilantic North America by leveraging the experience and network of its members to support Trilantic North America’s energy team and its energy–focused investments, and to identify niche investment opportunities throughout the energy sector.
In building out the Advisory Board, Trilantic North America identified and recruited seasoned energy executives with deep experience across finance, operations and executive level management. The initial members of the Advisory Board include:
Carlos Fierro: Currently a Director of Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE:SHLX), Athabasca Oil Corporation (TSX:ATH) and Sendero Midstream Partners. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Fierro was a Managing Director and the Global Head of the Natural Resources Group for Barclays PLC
Tim Harrington: Mr. Harrington has over 34 years of industry experience, including 32 years with BP PLC (NYSE: BP) in various leadership roles around the globe. He served as President of BP America Production Company (the L-48 onshore upstream business of BP) from 2010 to 2014 and prior thereto was CFO beginning in 2001 until his appointment as President
Stuart Murray: Currently a Managing Partner of the OMC Group, an organizational development consulting firm specializing in mergers, organizational transformations, reorganizations and turnarounds. Representative energy clients include Buckeye Partners, Reliant Energy, and Cabot Oil & Gas
Baird Whitehead: Most recently served as CEO and President of Penn Virginia Corporation (NYSE:PVA), where he also worked in various executive capacities from 2001 to 2015. Prior thereto, Mr. Whitehead spent over 10 years with Cabot Oil and Gas (NYSE:COG) in various operational management roles
